No legal entity has been registered yet. Until then, use of Srccheck is governed solely by the operational limits described below.

1. What Srccheck is

Srccheck is a diagnostic tool that fetches a user-supplied HTTPS URL, parses its HTML, and lists every subresource loaded over plain http://. It classifies each as blocked (scripts, stylesheets — browsers refuse to load them) or upgraded-or-warned (images, fonts, media, iframes — browsers may silently upgrade or show a downgraded security indicator).

Srccheck does not store data, create accounts, or retain scan history. Each scan is stateless and its results exist only in memory during the request.

2. Acceptable use

By using Srccheck, you agree that:

You will only submit URLs that you have the legal right to access and scan.
You will not use Srccheck to scan pages for which you are not authorized — including pages behind authentication, pages on internal networks, or pages of third parties without their permission.
You will not use the scanner in a way that creates excessive load — automated bulk scanning, distributed scanning, or any other programmatic use beyond reasonable manual use.
You will not use Srccheck to probe, attack, or disrupt any service.

3. Accounts and data

The free Starter tier requires no account and stores no data — each scan is stateless and its results exist only in memory during the request.

A Pro subscription tier is available as a demo. Pro accounts, payment processing, subscription management, and persistent storage are not yet operational. When Pro launches, account details and billing information will be handled by a third-party payment processor (Stripe); Srccheck itself will store only the minimum data needed to deliver the paid service.

4. No warranty

Srccheck is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The scanner parses HTML using regular expressions; it may miss resources loaded via JavaScript DOM manipulation, CSS url() references (outside @font-face), or dynamically constructed URLs. Results should be verified independently.

5. Limitation of liability

In no event shall the operator of Srccheck be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

6. Contact

No contact mailbox or support address is available at this time. The operator has not yet been registered. Please check back when a legal entity has been established.

7. Billing and payments (Pro subscription)

Pre-launch state. No payment processor is connected. The checkout shown on the pricing page is a demo only — no real charges are made, no real subscriptions exist, and no payment data is collected or stored server-side. This section describes the billing terms that will apply once a payment processor is connected and the Pro tier is operational.

7.1 What you buy

A Pro subscription grants access to batch scanning, export features, and priority scanning (each described on the pricing page). The subscription is for a single user and may not be shared.

7.2 Price and billing period

The Pro subscription is priced at $9 per month. You are billed on the same calendar day each month (the "billing date"). If that day does not exist in a month, billing occurs on the last day of that month.

7.3 How payment works

Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Srccheck does not see, store, or handle your full card number. Your card is charged on each billing date. You authorise Stripe to store your payment method and charge it automatically each billing period.

7.4 Failed payments

If a charge fails (e.g. card declined, expired, insufficient funds), Stripe will retry the charge automatically up to three times over approximately seven days. After the first failure you will be asked to update your payment method (email notification is planned, but not yet available).

If all retries fail, your subscription will be suspended. During suspension you cannot use Pro features, but your account and configuration are preserved for 30 days. If payment succeeds within those 30 days, your subscription resumes immediately with no loss of access. After 30 days without payment, the subscription is cancelled and account data is deleted.

7.5 Refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund for that first month's payment. Refund requests after the first 7 days or for subsequent months are handled at the operator's discretion on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact support (address to be provided once the operator entity is registered).

There are no refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

No governing jurisdiction has been established. The operator must register a legal entity and specify its jurisdiction before this section is binding.
